Remodel or Move?

That’s the age old question. We moved to our house in Wayne on Memorial Day weekend in 2001. This was an old house then, and it’s a lot older now. Built in 1950, this old guy is smack dab mid-century. Farmhouse Colonial was the builders slightly ill-conceived concept. The rooms are huge, that’s what sold Wendy. Each kid had a ginormous (by today’s standards) room, big closet and their own bathroom. Well, two out of three had a huge room. One got the ample, but much smaller, bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom.
